The work, in six movements

A process that prizes restraint over speed.

  1. IStep 1

    Discover

Listen widely. Read the room. Map the problem to its people, not to its product category.

  2. IIStep 2

    Research

Interviews, diary studies, service blueprints. The boring craft that earns the right to a strong opinion.

  3. IIIStep 3

    Define

One sentence the team can recite. The brief is the moment the design starts.

  4. IVStep 4

    Design

Systems first, screens second. Typography is the first decision, not the last.

  5. VStep 5

    Test

Prototype in the real medium. Watch silently. Edit until the friction is intentional.

  6. VIStep 6

    Refine

Ship, measure, return. The product is a relationship, not a release.

About

I design for the person on the other side of the screen.

My background is in psychology and education — years spent listening to people, watching how they learn, and building programs around their actual lives. That same instinct shapes every product I design.

I believe good design is quiet. It removes more than it adds. It treats attention as a precious resource, language as a craft, and the user as a collaborator rather than a metric.
